Shipping & Exchanges

At Gaach, we make products with love, care and ensure strict quality control. As we are a made-to-order company we do not accept returns. However in the following scenarios it is possible to exchange the item(s) ordered:

MANUFACTURING DEFECT

Before your parcel leaves our workshop, it is fully checked by our Quality Control team. If you receive an item, which is faulty or damaged, please write to us at care@gaach.in within 5 days of receipt of the order.

We will be able to exchange items with manufacturing defect after running a stringent quality check process on receipt of the return. We will send you an email confirming that the return has been accepted. Cost of the return will be borne by the customer. The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Once the return is accepted we will re-make the same item and send it for you within 3 weeks.

INCORRECT SIZE

We will be happy to alter if the item(s) received are of an incorrect size. If you need an exchange for a different size because of sizing issues, please write to us at care@gaach.in 5 days of receipt of order. For an item to qualify for exchange please ensure the returned item(s) are unworn and in perfect condition.
Once the item(s) returned reach our workshop, we will be able to alter or exchange and send it back to you within 3 weeks. Cost of return will be borne by the customer.

RETURNING ITEM(S)

If you return your item(s) by post or courier, please email us care@gaach.in with your name, address, order number, reason for returning the item(s), shipping agency and tracking number of the parcel. Gaach cannot be held responsible for items lost in post, damaged in transit or held at customs.

Products purchased in sale are non-returnable.

All custom orders are excluded from the returns policy.

Shipping Policy

We currently offer flat shipping Charges in India on all orders.

On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. From the date of placing order, we would normally take 15- 21 working days to deliver your order. In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

In case you need a garment by a particular date, please reach out to our team and inform us in advance.
